My Christmas Cactus

I got this Christmas Cactus from a friend a few months ago. I am so happy that it is thriving! I usually don't take care of plants to well and I am totally amazed at how good this one is doing. I love flowers and plants but either over water them or don't water them enough. It is usually to late before I realize that they are on the edge. This one is doing awesome!

Something I really want to do....

I have always wanted to experience the thrill and adrenaline rush from doing something like the zip lines! My heart races just thinking about it! One day, I will do it!

Next to the River

This is another favorite walking place I enjoy going to. It is right next to the river and has some awesome views. It's a nice to place to go on a pretty day seeking some peace and quiet. I like to call it my "thinking place".

I really enjoy seeing the sun beginning to set!

Brickmill Road

This is a really cool place tucked away in Canton on Brickmill Road. I am not sure how many people even know it exists. I have been here a few times and it has been a while since I visited so, today I decided it was a time to stop and visit this place.

I love it when the sun is about to sit and couldn't resist taking this right before leaving. Had an awesome time!

Who says there are no big fish in Lake Allatoona? Awesome catch Andrew! Maybe next time we go fishing, I'll be the one reeling the big fish in! Just glad you catch and release so someone else will have to opportunity to catch him and hopefully they will release him too :)

My new boots!

These are my new boots! I am so glad I had help picking them out. I have always wanted a pair of boots but never really knew which ones to get. Now I don't have to worry about that any more. I just need to learn how to walk in them without falling down. And how to get off a bike without falling down! LOL! I love them!

The Mad Hatter!

I went to The Place with with my best friend last night. I didn't realize that they were having a Halloween costume contest. I saw the Mad Hatter there and totally fell in love with the costume. It was so creative and not all commercially made up. And the Mad Hatter won 1st place which included $1000.00. Come to find out, I knew this guy! It truly is a small world.
