4 Wheeling

My bestie took me 4 wheeling over the weekend up in Gilmer county. The scenery was beautiful and the trails seemed endless!

She did most of the driving and did let me have a try at it. I was sooo happy that the 4 wheeler was an automatic! Had an awesome time with my friend:)

Bikes!

Saw a bunch of bikes at the Harley Davidson of Atlanta not to long ago with Jody. Rode up with several other bikes. It was an experience! I don't think I have ever seen that many bikes in one place before. Memorable day...

Coyotes Howling

There are coyotes that live in the woods behind the house. Sometimes when they hear the fire truck sirens, they start to howl. I happened to be on the back deck tonight when they were howling at the sirens. They sound purely amazing!

Birthday....

Had an awesome birthday this year and got some beautiful roses! Glad to be another year older and enjoying life better than ever. Looking forward to another year...

Stumbled Upon...

Went for a short walk by the lake and stumbled upon this little frog. I was surprised that he let me take such a close photo of him! And it was nice to sink my feet in the sand and get them wet today.

Joyce's Jars

These are jars that have a special meaning to me. Joyce found all these pieces of glass that washed up on the shores, of several different beaches. The pieces are all rounded and smooth from the salt water and sand. They are so colorful! Joyce passed away from cancer about two years ago. Her husband gave these to me because he knows I collect old jars. Wow... very touching to me...  

Bottle Tree

Had the honors of being introduced to a bottle tree. Love it!

And a bottle of  Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin was added to the tree...

Bunnies!

I got to see the baby bunnies over the weekend! They are soooo cute! And they all look alike with pink eyes, ears and noses.

AAHHHH!

It has been a very crazy and busy week for me. Wish I would have had more time to post on my blog!

Ducks

I got to see a momma and her baby ducks on the water. Love this time of year on the Lake!

Cloudland Canyon State Park

This was my first visit to Cloudland Canyon State Park. The view was amazing!

It was a bit of a hike to see the trickling waterfall. Hopefully, one day I'll be able to view it when there is an abundance of water cascading down the rock wall!

This was one of those "had to turn around and go back to get a pic" moments. The site was totally breath taking! Loved the eye candy :)

Double Rainbow

This is a double rainbow that I saw some time ago. For some reason, it is one of my most memorable rainbow sightings. The colors were so much more vivid in person than what the pic shows.

Trains

I am forever getting stopped by the train! I always try to get a pic of the creative graffiti as the train goes by. This one is actually one of my favorites!

The colors in this one are still so vivid!

The Squirrel

This little guy hangs out at work all the time. I am glad he finally let me get a good pic of him!

Gardenia's

The fresh cut gardenia's, on the dinning room table, smell absolutely amazing!

Went to Lake Lanier with some friends for Memorial Day weekend. The sunset looked awesome!
